Volleyball Lessons with Jasmine Spann
Jasmine Spann
Graduate of West Des Moines Valley High School in 2019. She has played volleyball since 5th grade and has played for many clubs within the Des Moines area.
Jasmine is a state qualifier in three high school sports (basketball, volleyball and softball), and a state champion in basketball and softball (2018-2019.) In volleyball Jasmine has played outside all around, defensive specialist, was a serving specialist for her team that placed second in state in 2017, and was right side power hitter/blocker her senior year with her team that placed 3rd.
Jasmine will be assisting her former high school coach and mentor, Shannon Wieland with the 15 Blue team.
Jasmine is currently finishing her student teaching at the University of Northern Iowa and will graduate in May 2023 with a major in Elementary Education, and minors Early Childhood Education, and endorsements in reading and science. When Jasmine is not coaching volleyball or teaching kids, you can find her playing in indoor volleyball and basketball leagues, playing outdoor slow pitch, or spending time with her family and friends.
