Strength and Lifting Days

Strength days are centered around teaching and reinforcing proper technique in core lifts such as squats, hinges, presses, and pulls, ensuring athletes build strength safely and effectively.

 

In addition to primary lifts, athletes will perform supplemental accessory lifts, based on the needs of the individual athlete. All designed to improve stability, balance, strength, and overall athletic performance.

Speed, Agility, and Lower Body Days

These workouts will focus on the lower body movements most relevant to the sport(s) the student-athlete may play.

For examples, baseball players focus primarily on lateral movements and running drills, and volleyball players would focus on explosiveness in all planes of movement.

Athletes need not worry about attending consecutive sessions, workouts will always be different from previous the session.

Functional Days

These workouts will be used as a time to dedicate energy into muscle groups that tend to need more direct attention.

Workouts of this nature will work muscles such as the rotator cuff complex, the deep core, and the glutes, which are all vital for other training days and their core lifts.

Continually working these muscle will (over time) decrease injury risk, improve balance and coordination, and strengthen the supporting muscles necessary for continued progress and increased performance in core lifts
